This is a journal about my experiences with being The Other. I am a Puerto Rican in the mainland, a Texan in Philadelphia, a fat fashion punk, an active sick person, and a feminist mid-century modernist. I'm the Odd One Out, and I wouldn't have it any other way.



When I was a little girl, I was told my name means "many, many." Perhaps that's why my life is complex, intertwined, and full of the nontraditional. Instead of unraveling, I want to further tangle. Come, watch me bend (not break). Twist me further, spin me, bundle me, but never divide me.
